General rule. If you are wrapping 15 or more
loads per day, it is more cost effective to use a
machine to reduce manual labor expenses and possible back injury.
A machine wrapped load
is more secure and machine grade films are less expensive to
use than hand wrap films.
Pre-stretched film has many advantages over hand
wrap films or conventional machine
grade films. Pre-stretched films offer more yield per roll
(more loads wrapped reduces cost
per load), tighter loads (normally pre-stretched film gets
stronger when stretched) and
